      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;hoping someone can assist. Our indoor camera stopped working after a power cut. ( oddly so did one of our alexa echos).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;we have tried multiple times to reinstall but it constantly comes up with the error it cant connect. The actual router is in the same room as well.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Its been a couple of months since it last worked, is it worth just asking Sky for a new camera?We have deleted it off the app etc and tried to install as a new device but no luck &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":neutral_face:"&gt;😐&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sounds like it may have some glitch, caused form your power cut.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Use the support email in the app to ask for a replacement indoor camera.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
