&lt;P&gt;The fact that addresses you by your name suggests to me that could be an official email from Sky Protect as Domestic and General who run it are known to make calls to customers as it appears they do to you. Not sure why you would sign up if you didn't want to so you might want to call them tomorrow to cancel:&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I got a call from what I thought was sky still unsure if it was genuine but they knew my sort code and account number..
