    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thanks for the info.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have Sky Protect for my dish, Qbox T.V. and laptop.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I rang the number on the card Sky Protect gave me that says,&amp;nbsp; as I am a Sky Protect customer they would get an engineer out within 24 hours, and if they couldn't they would refund my subscription.... They are coming out but&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it's not within 24 hours, more like 8 days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

STILL CANT GET SIGNAL..IT WILL BE 8 DAYS WITHOUT T.V.&amp;nbsp; SKY PROTECT PROMISES TO GET AN ENGINEER OUT WITHIN 24 HOURS..WELL THATS NOT WORKING&lt;/P&gt;</description>
