I have sky protect my Sony tv is playing up when watching a programme it comes up with alot of pixels screen then is hard to watch.

Assuming from your post you have the Sky Protect device insurance and your Sony TV is registered on it.

If so, you will need to call the Sky Protect Device Insurance team.
