      <description>&lt;P&gt;Turn the Chime off, by removing the plug and leave off for about ten minutes.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;During that time, tuen the doorbell switch off at the back, under the flap, where you recharge with a usb cable.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Turn Chime back on and let it connect up to router, with blue light.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Turn the doorbell switch back on and it should reconnect.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If not, have a look at the troubleshooting for doorbell not connecting &amp;nbsp;in the Sky Protect app under Support or ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Restart both of these devices and re-sync them using the ring application. If this does not help, then reset the Chime and set it up again on the app.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
