Indoor camera firmware update failed

Indoor camera firmware update failed on the app. It has an option for try again but doesnt do anything. Yet the Help button option works.

I need it to try again to complete the updating of the firmware.

Doe's anyone know **bleep** to fix this.

Within the Sky Protect app under support is an email address.

Email the Sky Protect team, mention your indoor camera seems to be bricked with the firmware upgrade.

They should send out a new replacement indoor camera after a few help quidance qiuestions.
