      <description>&lt;P&gt;Firmware updating on what?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Doorbell or indoor camera.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Just let it update, or if it' seems stuck after sometime, say half hour, turn the switch,off on the rear of the doorbell.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Leave off for ten minutes and will start again.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For the indoor camera, pull&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;the power out of the indoor camera and leave for a few mins then put power back in.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4287726"&gt;@Jack631&lt;/a&gt;The only firmware that did take longer than normal was the chime firmware. I had to disconnect the chime and let it time out to try again. The&amp;nbsp; video doorbell and the indoor camera had a shorter time span for the update.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The firmware on the chime did take on the second time of asking after I went to the home screen of the app and wait for it to complete the firmware update.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
