    <description>&lt;P&gt;On 14th December, I have a series of videos captured from my ring doorbell.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Videos captured before 10:30am and after 5pm are all available to view and share.&amp;nbsp; But none of the content captured between this window is available to view or share.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;This window contains some information that was needed for an incident and I am trying to recover / store this.&amp;nbsp; Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When you say it isn't available, is there a play icon at the right hand side? If there isn't, then for some reason no recordings occured (the event was just logged). There must have been a technical reason why the chime couldn't upload the video to the Sky servers. I'm this case I'm afraid there is nothing that can be done.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If there is a play icon then keep on trying. I've found that this does happen from time to time and eventually it will play.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
