    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the reply.&amp;nbsp; That sort of worked.&amp;nbsp; I left the camera overnight and ta daaaa, it connected this afternoon but it simply didnt connect with the App.&amp;nbsp; The Firmware screen was seemingly stuck on the front page of the App for a good 60minutes.&amp;nbsp; Have unplugged everything with a tenuous intention to start again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have used smart cams in the past so the setup is familiar to me so no idea why this isn't working as i'd expect.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Received my Sky Protect Box (10/10 for packagin by the way!).&amp;nbsp; Simply put, nothing connects.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I connect Chime direct to my Router (Sky Fibre).&amp;nbsp; That connects.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Doorbell according to the Sky Protect App says connected, great stuff but the "Live Feed" option constantly sticks at 50% and simply doesnt connect to the device.&amp;nbsp; Numerous reboots, reconnections etc attempted (inc Firmware checks).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The Indoor camera even worse.&amp;nbsp; Multiple attempts to connect and when it did, it never loaded/connected from the App and the Firmware update screen was simply stuck and making no progress.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Checked my router which has S&lt;SPAN&gt;ynchronise 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Settings ticked.&amp;nbsp; But surely i dont have to start fiddling with that to get this setup?&amp;nbsp; Nor do i want to fiddle with it to be honest.&amp;nbsp; Surely the kit shoudl work out of the box?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Help!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;For the indoor camera, remove the power from it for a good ten minutes air longer and once power is back in and the amber light is flashing retry the setup again.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For the doorbell, make sure the chime is within close a range to to the doorbell as possible.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it's on the limit, it will not connect well.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
