This user was activated and I could see them in my app and they were working fine.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Fast forward to today and they are no longer listed in my Sky Protect app. They still have access as before and can still see everything. If I try to re-add them, it fails due to the email address already being I use.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Anyone seems anything like this before.
