    <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently moved over the Sky Protect and was a bit apprehensive given the many issues people have reported here, but all has been going fine until today.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I few days ago I added a secondary user to my account. This user was activated and I could see them in my app and they were working fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Fast forward to today and they are no longer listed in my Sky Protect app. They still have access as before and can still see everything. If I try to re-add them, it fails due to the email address already being I use.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone seems anything like this before. It's a bit of a security breach.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
