    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been a sky customer for 22 years&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have had the worst customer service experience today - a young man called Dan in Sky Protect, if this is the level of unenthusiasm and unhelpfulness you can expect from Sky Protect when you call in, I wish I had never signed up? he pretty much in the first instance made me feel like the information I had received from DPD on behalf of Sky did not exist - totally unhelpful&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;one VERY unhappy long standing Sky Customer&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;who has Sky Q / Mobile / Boradband and now Sky Protect, although I am regretting this!!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
