    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have installed my doorbell today. However I have noticed it simply pulls out of the mount very easily without using the pin. Have I don't something wrong. It's sat flush in the mount no gaps so can't quite see why it's simply pulls put of the mount so easily.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Overtime, of each month removing and recharging, mine has become easier to remove with little or no pin use needed anymore.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Think that the release catch loosens and it not as strong as it originally was.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Had mine over a year now.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3091652"&gt;@lougrego&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; It looks like a problem, had to get a new one as the release clip had boken at the back and was able to take it out without the use of the pin. The plastic is not that strong and out in the elements does not help in the long run.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
