If you didn't sign up to it then you will not have it as it is not automatically included in any Sky service as it has to be added separately.

Note that Sky Protect Device Insurance is a different (and much older) product than Sky Protect Building & Contents Insurance.

Sky Protect Building & Contents Insurance is from Zurich while Sky Protect Device Insurance is underwritten by Domestic & General.

Historically Sky Protect Device Insurance was sold as an add-on to a Sky satellite television product, or offered at the end of the initial hardware warranty period.
