Indoor Camera

Hello all,

I have tried my hardest researching on the internet before coming to the forums. I have 2 devices an S8 and S23. The indoor camera will live stream on the S23 but will not live stream on my S8, But motion detection will be recorded on the S8 and you can watch the play back from it. I have reset multiple times on phone and indoor camera. I have removed the indoor camera and re registered it. Any help would really be beneficial please

@stephan84 What Andriod version does the S8 have. As a minimum it has to have 9.0 and above.

The version is 9.0, still having issues, contacted sky but they have to escalate to level 2 techs or something

@stephan84I had similar issue but mines was to do with the video doorbell and being unable to see the video feed this was down to the phone not hacving a powerful enough video processor. But I was able to view the indorr camera with no issue.

She is availbe to see the play back just cant see the live stream
