You can find it by&amp;nbsp;using the support button at the bottom of the "Help &amp;amp; Support" section within the app and then using the "Send us a message".&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I hope it will get resolved soon!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Firmware updates</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have just been doing some firmware updates on my doorbell camera and chime box. I didn't realise there was an order the firmware updates needed to be done. So I have updated the doorbell camera first and now cannot update the chime box, it keeps failing every time. This has now made the doorbell completely unusable.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
