Hi I am looking for a new sky box as the one I have is giving trouble and I am thinking of getting rid of sky altogether if I can't get replacement

@Edward250369 do you have the Sky protect devices insurance(run by domestic & General) if you do you need to contact them.

If you don't have the devices insurance you will need to contact Sky

It helps if you specify which 'sky box'

Sky+ HD is now an obsolete product and Sky will only replace it with Sky Q.

Second hand late model HD units are available on eBay: these were last manufactured in 2015.
