    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi fellow community members.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've just used my sky device protect for the first time as I've lost my phone. Paid the excess and was told some other company would contact via email regarding delivery. I am unsure which company was mentioned and now I'm worried.
