    <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, you do need to get the Chime to a blue stable light first, before trying any sync with the doorbell.&lt;BR /&gt;Would suggest going into the&amp;nbsp;Sky Protect app, select the video doorbell, click on &amp;nbsp;the gear button top right and scroll down to Connected to - Chime&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Click on 'reboot device'.&lt;BR /&gt;It takes a short while to do this, maybe a good ten minutes or so.&lt;BR /&gt;The Chime will flash on and off.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If after sometime it has still not reconnected the Chime to your router with a stable blue light, try the following;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Remove the ethernet and power cable from the Chime and leave off for at least ten minutes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;During this time, reboot your broadband router&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Plug the ethernet and power cables back into the Chime and allow it to connect again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have just got my sky protect pack ans connecting the bell and chime. &amp;nbsp; When i plug in the chime it goes from orange to flashing blue but after connecting ethenet its not going solid blue . &amp;nbsp; Help?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
