Everthing has been connected and synced up, but then the doorbell is pushed the chime unit DOES NOT respond

Did you find a solution to this? We have installed today and have the same issue, everything synced but when the doorbell is pressed the indoor chime is silent!

So frustrating, our ring died a while ago and we just had this from the house insurance but of course, ring and sky are different sizes so if we have to take off the sky doorbell I now have about 6-8 drill holes by my front door too! Waste of time, energy and raw plugs....
