Can get sky protect

Can you please advise as to when sky protect will be available to me? I live in Plymouth, and it states it's not available, and we will be expanding our services.

Why release a service in the first place that is not available to all your customers? I could understand the broadband upgrades, but this is insurance, so I don't see how this can possibly be available to some but not others???

On the contrary, building and contents insurance is by definition an individual product which may be available at one address but not the property next door. Note this isn't a Sky product anyway: Zurich is the underwriter and it's their risk modelling which will be in use to offer or refuse cover.

So it looks like the underwriter likes some people but not others. Based upon the limited info provided I assume this is becasue of claims history?
