This fix has helped others here, when it has trouble charging;

It will need a good half to an hour, before any lights show, if it has completely run out of charge.

After say half hour of charge, remove from charge and turn off the doorbell rear on/off switch under the flap where the usb connector is.

Count to about 10 while off before switching back on.

Then place back on charge straight away and it should show the charging lights, while charging.

For a full charge, charge via the chime overnight or for at least 6-8 hours.
