Hi some details below for you:

On the day before the policy start date, the kit will be picked up by DPD and then delivered the following day (on or as close to as the policy start date as possible).
If the policy start date is the same day as the order was made, then it will be shipped the following day.

DPD will send the shipping confirmation with tracking details in all instances.

I was just wondering where my order was as I ordered it to be delieved next day on Saturday and I am still yet to receive it.
