    <description>&lt;P&gt;This maybe something related to your Android/Apple device.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;First make sure, the Sky Protect app is up to date and that notifications are turned on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Would though suggest reporting to the Sky Protect team;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Within the app, select the ?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Click on the blue support button&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Select Get in touch&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The email address and a support phone number are there.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm getting notifications that a motion has been detected new my house. When I click on the notification, it's not returning any video footage on the app. It was working fine before I had to charge the doorbell.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This is happening to me, every time we charge the doorbell we have to delete and reinstall the app because nothing works otherwise. &amp;nbsp;Have you found a resolution?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
