I note with some disappointed that there are no options to add external cameras with the sky protect option

That said I am aware hualai do make a very similar external camera. I wonder if this would integrate with the sky protect system. I'm guessing not but worth a punt. Seems such a missed opportunity.

The smart kit is all based on similar kit from Neos. Sky bought Neos Spring last year.

At this time, only the Sky supplied kit will work with the Sky protect app.
Not aware of any current plans to change this.

Yes, I read that yesterday. But "NEOS" is just a marketing term. The hardware partner is hualai.

I think extra sensors and external cameras will come eventually. The have to of they want to stay relevant in this highly competitive space.
