The Sky web site has a message displayed this morning stating they are aware of the issues and they should now be fixed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it also states that if you still have internet problems to reset your hub this morning.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;mine went down around 10:30pm last night (19/9) three green lights and talk light amber.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i tried resetting last night but got nothing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have woke up this morning and all four green lights are on and internet fine again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have had ongoing issues with internet since around May time, around once a month and usually around 10:30 - 11pm at night. We had a sky engineer come out each time but by the time they get here everything is working again. Our issues normally last for around 24 hours or sometimes around 48 hours.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Our last appointment with a Sky engineer was on Monday 11th Sept and he was very thorough, he ended up replacing the backplate on our wall phone socket and a new router hub.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the engineer suggested if it keeps happening we may need an open reach engineer to come out and replace the front plate of the wall socket as sky engineers cannot replace these.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Last night was our first issue since the visit but also the shortest issue as resolved overnight so unsure if related to our ongoing issues we've been having.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It's a joke that I'm paying for a service that doesn't work!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;what you replied came across as very condescending, 'you mean your broadband is down?' Not so much a question as a correction it appears&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Its not condescending at all, they are two very different problems.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If your broadband is down then you'd likely see an orange/red/unlit light on the hub and ALL of your devices would not connect&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If your 'WiFi' is down then this could be the WiFi interface on the hub being troublesome or the device itself having issues. It wouldnt necessarily&amp;nbsp;mean all devices can't connect or that you have a line fault.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When diagnosing technical issues like this its important to be specific.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;From your description it seems all your devices are not connecting so this would suggest a broadband fault rather than a WiFi fault. What is the colour of the broadband light on the hub?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
