Hi there,

why is my sky glass menu not working? Restart, unplug, etc hasn't worked.

When you turn Sky Glass on a blue screen appears with a curser circling and the words (Partly written over each other) "there are currently no programs of this type available".
however the voice control works if you know what you want to watch.

Same here tried unplugging but the menu is stuck on a-z of sky

Same, just stuck on a sky cinema choice and no way to get to any other menu. Tried resetting tv and router. I have been able to get my fire tv to force a switch to that but couldn't do the same with my virgin tv

Same just a-z of sky the microphone takes you to things but press the home.screen and its back to a-z

I don’t have the sky glass Home Screen, just the A-Z of sky cinema. I’ve reset my router, sky glass and pucks - still not changed. Can anyone help?

I have the same issue, i have used the speech button to get it to go to a channel, its a quick fix for now til sky resolve the issue,

If I use voice control and know what I want to watch - it works . But no tv guide or anything else - so frustrating as an insomniac having to talk to a remote and try not to wake others 😟

Mines coming up showing the programmes on Sky Cinema.

Now I can talk to it and get to HDMI for my virgin tv.

the last update has brought back lots of issues like when turning up the volume especially on UHD channels it stutters and fast forwards to catch up.

dubbing off on apps and streaming like if I tried to watch only fools and horses. I can resolve this by switching off and back on a couple of times but it's getting annoying

Same issue here can't access any HDMI attachments can't go on my xbox can't go to normal menu can't go to any apps just stuck on sky cinema anyone been able to sort this out yet? Tried turning off, tried unplugging, and can't access any settings either.

Same issue. Using the mic allows you to watch a channel or go to guide. But no homescreen.
