Think it's in HD only, now. 505,on Glass, not 502.

Yes ours has gone downhill over the last week. Has been totally fine for months but now the signal drops regularly and the channel is barely watchable. Strange

Any suggestions? No adverse weather recently that could have knocked the dish.

@HKD can you check the following channels:

512 France 24

662 TJC

If these two, as well as 502 Bloomberg, have signal issues, then your dish may be slightly out of alignment affecting these channels which share the same frequency beam

Yes 512 and 662 are out at well.

what is the remedy? A call to sky to get someone out to realign the dish?

Yes. Give Sky a ring to book an engineer who will investigate.
