We recently left sky. I uninstall the sky box yo send back. But now the built in freeview in our TV isn't working and has no signal. The aerial cable in our wall is going into the back of the TV. But the freeview says no signal. I read somewhere that sometimes the engineers disconnect your own aerial as well as the sky one when they disconnected you. If this is what's happened how do I resolve this?

If you buy a Freesat 4K box it will be compatible with the wideband LNB that Sky Q uses.
