Can you tell why you've removed sky never miss webpage because it was a really good tool to check on new series and you were emailed when the new series was available which was a great reminder so you did not miss your programmes

Have you tried clearing your web browsers cache and cookies then close it down before loading it up again and trying again. If that doesn't work can you search for a series if using a different browser ?

Cannot find Never Miss at all today on my PC.Has it moved to an app only service now.Cannot find any info anywhere.Thankyou in advance.

the link to sky never miss used to be on the ribbon under find and watch TV, but its not there now can anyone help me to find the link?

Sky suggest you use Top Picks/New Series on the box in place of Never Miss, though this is not as useful 🙁

The usefulness of a feature does not matter to sky

Totally agree... they say their busy with Covid .. yet remove the service you can do by yourself !!!

Change for change sake is not so good ..

Please put a good service back !!!

Despite the delabitated look the service worked and I found it very helpful surfacing movies I had heard about.

At the very least a warning email should have been sent, to give us chance to make a copy of our list, or better still have included our list in the email.

I had a long 'wish list' of films built up over many years and now it has vanished, I want a copy of my list!

I am gutted at the cancellation of this service. I found it incredibly helpful. I don't understand how it's disappeared so quickly either. I'm sure I last used it at the weekend. Not the best idea you've ever had Sky.com would hope it could be reinstated at some point.

It wasn't as reliable as it should've been, and definitely needed some work, but i made heavy use of the Never Miss service. It was my only reason for visiting Sky's website. Very unhappy it's been removed.

Does anyone know of an alternative website with a similar service?

They want you to use Top Picks/New Series features of your sky box or sky+ app on mobile, there is no web replacement

But the Top Picks - New Series function doesn't provide the same service as Never Miss did
