Hello,

I have written another post about this, but I am writing another one, because I have gotten another error. When I try to Upgrade my Package to add Sky Sports F1, this Error always pops up:

Sorry but we are having technical difficulties

Unfortunately, we have not been able to proceed with your order. Please try again later.

The link is: https://www.sky.com/shop/choose/error?code=internal

I have tried calling sky, kept on hold for about 15mins, and when I did get through to someone, they said they were going to reboot their computer, and call me back in 10mins, 30mins later, no call back! I tried going through the app, but again, another error. The Error Message is the same Error Message that is in BOLD. Finally, I tried to upgrade through my Sky Q Main Box, but no luck. I tried my Sky Q Mini Box, again, no luck.

Sky, please fix your website.
