      <title>sky go extra gone</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I am a sky VIP gold customer. I recently cancelled my multiroom subscription however since the cancellation has been processed, , it appears my access to sky go extra has been cancelled too. I have tried logging on my Xbox one and was unable to do so I had a &amp;nbsp;error message stating I needed to upgrade to sky go extra. My understanding was as a gold VIP customer I would have access to sky go extra regardless of whether I had multiroom. When I cancelled multiroom, the sky agent told me my subscription would remain exactly the same other than the multiroom disconnection. I see from the boards I don’t appear to be the first person this has happened to. I have spoken to sky advisor recently who informed me I have used my offer therefore I'm not entitled to sky go extra for free anymore and I would have to pay an additional monthly charge, I tried stating that I haven't cancelled my sky go extra and was never informed that cancelling multiroom would effect this, but the advisor wasn't much help and just kept repeated the same thing over and over, any help would be appreciated&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
