I am trying to find out if I have insured my sky mobile phone as Sky seem to be unable to tell me

Sky don't provide mobile phone insurance, although if you have Sky Protect cover (provided by Domestic and General) for your TV products you can add a mobile and/or a tablet.

@Leila+sky Your mobile on credit agreement does not carry any insurance. From your post I'm presuming you don't have any insurance.

Thank you for taking the time to reply to my post, I generally always ask for insurance when I purchase a phone. I just can't remember if they told me this at the time of purchase.
