      <title>Accessing my sky mobile account</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I simply cannot find any information or data relating to my mobile usage on MySky or online - just phone adverts. Before I transferred to Sky Mobile I was with O2. With the O2 app I could see exactly how many calls I'd made, premium call usage, data usage and a breakdown of what my monthly charges were. I can see nothing of this on MySky. I can see little purpose in remaining &amp;nbsp;with Sky. If that information is available how do I access it? I see no way of accessing my Piggybank.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes I am, the problem is that I've got two forenames and use my middle name in general. However my banking details are set up using my first forename and it would seem that Sky have set up two accounts, one in each name. That said, I can see bills etc. for TV, Talk and Broadband but not Mobile.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It might be that your mobile account needs a different login to access it so to get this looked into for you&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have escalated your post to Sky who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to 24 hours to be contacted via this.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
