It says( we can't load your piggybank rewards at the moment. Please try again later) it's been like that for 2 months already

I have escalated your post to Sky who will be in touch with you tomorrow regarding this via a blue bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.

Can someone help me also please whenever I go into my piggy bank it won't load the page I have about 65gb of data to use and I am wanting to put this off a new phone but it simply won't load for me to use the piggybank

Has this ever been resolved because mine has been like that since I joined Sky Mobile in August 21. I have about 300gb of data rolled over because I hardly use of it because the signal is so terrible with Sky.

Mine is still the same sky are a nightmare to talk to aswell poor customer service
