Activating sim

I want to activate my new sim, I already have 1 sim for my wife on my account. It will not allow me to add additional sim to the account.

When you placed the order for this additional sim if you didn't order it on the account that your other one is one then it will not be on that same account so you would need to login to whatever account is was ordered on. If you don't know what this was then let us know and we can arrange more help for you.

Left old phone company and gone with sky already have my wife's phone on sky so have an account with them but can't set my new phone up

I'm still trying to work out what your issue is, can you not order a new sim or activate it ?
