    <description>&lt;P&gt;When you have a direct debit setup if for any reason that payments like as what has happened here then Sky will try to take it again in 10 days time so you do not have to pay it yourself as you did here. What you need to do is once they have taken the payment give Sky a call from your mobile on the free 150 phone number and ask them to refund the money you paid, this will take no more than 7 days to be returned to you,&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, on the date of my payement, my account didn't have the correct amount for the money to come out and i came and i paid online instead and now it still keeps trying to take out more money from my account, when I've paid for the month.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

A credit will now appear on your account for the amount you have overpaid. This will be used to pay your next bill so on that bill date no money should be taken from your account. If you want the overpayment refunded to you, you should ring Sky.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;In future if you want to make a manual payment, to prevent the automatic payment being taken out as well, you need to make sure the full payment is showing as credit on your Sky account at least 4 working days before your payment due date.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If it is April's bill that you didn't have enough money in your account for but now you do then yes you will have to let them take the money then as we said you can call Sky and request what you paid is returned to you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
