2 swaps at once

Hello all, My Wife and me both have Sky Mobile and have swapped at the same time. We both have our new devices and were sent 2 parcels to send our old phones back. How can we tell which phone needs to go in which packet? Theres customer references on the packages to send them back in but i cant find anything on our accounts to distinguish between the 2. Hi @RobertBeh87 were you not sent separate parcels with your new phones and returns envelopes in each parcel ?

I did but out of pure excitement i didnt realise i probably should have kept them seperate. Oops.

The only thing I can suggest is call sky free on 150 @RobertBeh87 and ask them if they give any advice from what's showing on their system.
