    <description>&lt;P&gt;I returned a wireless charging pad on the 19th January but haven't received a refund yet. Royal Mail tracking shows it was received on the 22nd Jan and other posts here have suggested the refund could take 6 weeks but I am getting concerned thatthis seems to be taking much longer. I sent it back the same day I received it!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any suggestions welcomed (I've tried calling, got caught in a queue)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I have escalated your post to Sky who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to 24 hours to be contacted via this.&lt;/P&gt;
