Can't claim free Despicable Me VIP offer

I received the email offering this on Friday, told me daughter too who has successfully got it but it wants me to pay £4.99 for it.

It suggests it is free on the Sky Store home page:

But when I click through to buy it:

Can anyone help with this please?

If it also shows as £4.99 here for you then I would suggest getting in contact with the Sky Store help team here with this as it should be free if you are a Sky VIP customer until 28th February:

Is it at least 4 days since you registered as a VIP ? It can take 4 days for offers to appear on your account after registration.

It turns out that live chat isn't dead, it just doesn't like Safari for some reason. I tried in Chrome and got online with someone straight away.

Apparently, it is just a bug on some boxes, and I was told to just buy it anyway, and I should see a credit applied to my account, and if not, to just get back in touch a few days before my next payment it due.

I've done it and had a £4.99 email receipt, and looking at my account on the Sky Q box, the charge is showing for my March bill. Plenty of time for it to get sorted yet then. Fingers crossed anyway!
