Where can I access the VIP deals and competitions as what I am sent by email does not reflect on the sky app ?

I'm only aware of being able to access rewards via the MySky app, or possibly via links in the emails you've been sent. Otherwise I can only suggest you give Sky a call.

As @Mark39 has said @SFarah you need to install the MySky app on your device then you will see the VIP section.

Obviously I have Installed My Sky app that's why I'm asking why its not there.

It's not the first time but is reoccurring.

It's just the time and trouble to have to contact sky as they obviously can't do a simple thing correctly, so I don't understand the point of sending out emails to advertise it.

After it loads up past the flashy graphics do you not see the VIP section at the bottom right ?
