First payment installment is due today but not debited yet and I am on direct debit and it's 3pm already.
Hope it won't be a bad debt? I have money in my account but they're ot debitting it

@obanijesu Does your online bill Here show payment received against it

if it does then sky have or are in the process of receiving your payment from the bank even if your bank doesn't show it yet

the bank should update in the next couple of days

Give it to Friday because if you have a payment method setup then it should be taken in the next day or so.
