      <description>&lt;P&gt;Everytime I try and sign up as a new customer via e.g. Quidco, I&amp;nbsp; get an error:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;It appears you may already be a Sky customer, or might have been one until recently. Please sign in or contact us to continue&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Because of this, I can't sign up and losing patience with this process.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you been a Sky customer in the past, if so to setup an account via here you will need to setup a new ID to use.&amp;nbsp;If you want to use the same email address then you need to first remove it from the old account first so log into the old account here:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/myaccount/my-details" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/myaccount/my-details&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Then delete the email address by providing another one and logout of this account, this will then free it up to use when setting up your new Sky ID:&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Similar problem: I signed up for sky stream via Quidco as the £55 cashback offer swung it for me. It hasn't showed up on my Quidco account. I'm aware it's possible (but not always successful) to raise a claim but I had created an account just prior to this process (this was all I'd done) and I am a new customer. I hope this hasn't jeopardised the process! Anyone had similar problems?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
