note if your a new customer you can't change it until your account has gone through two full billing cycles

Is it possible to specify a billing date when taking out a package? Or is it best to purchase the contract on the day that you want the recurring bills to be charged? TIA

@MURRAYC3 Your billing won't start until your services are active, not from when you place order

the best way to go is to let the account go through two billing cycles then change the date to one that suits you best

Understood, Thanks. Seeing as there's no technical instalation required I'd imagine this would be instant. If not, does it give you a date when you're going through the steps of signing up?

Ordering sky stream from scratch (new customer) seems like an alright deal and saves me having to replace my nackered Ariel!
