    <description>&lt;P&gt;Yesterday I was on the phone to sky regarding my future bill of over £100 for 1 hr 20 minutes talking to a girl who said would reduce my package to £55 per month. &amp;nbsp;When I have looked at my future bills this is certainly not the case. &amp;nbsp;I stated we could not afford to pay over £100 per month to sky and had to cancel a few things. &amp;nbsp;I also said I wanted to leave sky as being a Diamond customer certainly doesn't go in our favour. &amp;nbsp;If you listen to the calls from yesterday you will hear my concern and also the length of time I had to stay on the phone to arrive at something completely different to what she said &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":pouting_face:"&gt;😡&lt;/span&gt; I'm absolutely furious and upset by this. The person I spoke to yesterday was zezeriah.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;breakdown of what I was offered&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;sky sig including Netflix £26.00&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;HD £6&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Broadband £20&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Boost £3&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;total £55.00&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;we had to give up cinema and multi room&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
