    <description>&lt;P&gt;Ordered Sky Glass and paid £688 up front for TV.&amp;nbsp; Sky were unable to fulfill contract so it was cancelled.&amp;nbsp; Equipment was collected on 25th August, subscription of £2.58 taken by DD but no refund of £688.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I made a phone call and was eventually put through to a department that does not usually deal with customers, which was very evident as he provided zero assistance except to tell me that the equipment needed to be checked and I should expect to wait at least 5 weeks for a refund.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Customer service and refund process is just not good enough.&amp;nbsp; I have logged a complaint today but reading through other comments in this forum I do not hold much hope in a speedy resolution.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Shocking way to do business.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
