    <description>&lt;P&gt;As you left Sky and then returned after being away for a year then your account will have been closed as you have discovered so you will need to set up a new Sky ID to use, you might have done this already.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you want to use the same email address then you need to first remove it from the old account first so log into the old account here:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/myaccount/my-details" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/myaccount/my-details&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Then delete the email address by providing another one and logout of this account, this will then free it up to use when setting up your new Sky ID:&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>Hello I am returning to Sky after being away for a while, I have ordered new Sky Q box and package and had email to confirm all well, but when I try and set up my ID it lets me do it but then says I need to unlink my old account, the thing is they have given me the same account number on my NEW order as my old account. When I click on unlink old account it says there is an error. The account does not show my new order, it says there are no orders at the moment. Can anyone help me?
