renewed my account on this months bill I have 2 £10 charges for admin fees and 3 £10 charges for broadband fees. Also I havent received the 2 dvds I paid extra for when I purchased two films. I've rang but couldn't get anywhere as I couldn't remember the account password that I put on the account well over 10 years ago and was told not very nicely there was no other way to verify that I was the account holder. Can anyone link me the live chat please

The Escalation process has the same security questions. They are a requirement to confirm you are the account holder. If you can't remember it Sky should have a secondary means of confirmation.

I asked her if there was another way to verify who I was. She got very snotty and said no she needed the password. will ring and try again
