It's only on my computer when I sign in on my sky account using my yahoo username and password I get a message saying it no longer supports sky email when I login on my tablet and phone it's not a problem and logs me in no problem

Are you trying to sign into your Sky email account or your Yahoo one ?

Why are you using your Yahoo username and password to sign into your Sky account?

What if you use your Sky email address and password? (I assume you are doing this in a browser)

I used to have a sky.com email then I changed to yahoo but when I log into my sky account I get messages saying no longer supports sky email

I still don't understand. A Sky email address ends in @sky.com, a Yahoo address ends in @Anonymous.com. (or @Anonymous.co.uk)

They have no relation to each other..

What exactly is your problem?

For everyone thats not understanding when i log into my sky my username ends wiith yahoo.com and use my password this allows me to access the sky platform which is fine hut then i gi to the right hand top section and click the drop down box to open up this section there is a tab to click on to access my email when i click on that i get an error mesage saying sky no longer supports this action im sorry i cannot explain any better thanks for reading

OK, so what I think you're doing is logging into your Sky ID (not your Sky Yahoo Mail account), then using the Yahoo Mail link from the profile dropdown.

That will only give you access to your Sky Yahoo Mail account, with an email address ending in 'at'.sky.com. It won't log you in to your Yahoo mail account, with an email address ending in 'at'.yahoo.com.

Do you have a sky email address?

You can use any email address you have to log into your Sky account, as long as it is registered with Sky. See here: https://www.sky.com/myaccount/my-details

What happens if you try to log in here with your Sky details?
