Lost email that I replied to then it disappeared

I received a important email but it was in my spam folder, replied to it and then I can't find the original anywhere, I can see my reply in my sent.

Its a very important email. Any ideas please

@Amagahan If it's not in your sent, deleteted, outbox or inbox then it's likely to be be deleted forever.

If you can see your reply in the sent folder then you might also be able to see this email under your reply.

If emails end up in the spam folder again then it might be an idea to move them to the inbox before replying to it.
