      <description>&lt;P&gt;I haven't been using that login. Just sky inbox?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have an outlook email address with a microsoft account- and so probably have added the sky email address when it was set up initially.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Would that be it?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2594294"&gt;@revali&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; To confirm you are using the Outlook app?&amp;nbsp; If so you could try in the PC's control panel - Programs - Programs and Features - Right click outlook or Office 365 if that is what you are using, selecy change then a pop up should give you the option to repair.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Try that is it should resolve any issues with outlook&lt;/P&gt;</description>
